Thanks for reaching out buddy, I know for a fact the whole low salt diet is super annoying and frustrating. Some tips from myself would be -
Tell whoever cooks for you to not add any extra salt to dishes.
You can buy low sodium sauces and toppings
Theres a big range of low salt organic products that still taste salty but actually aren't, my biggest fav from that was, low salt chicken stock, which my mother cooked with alot while I was on the list.
And of course try and chat to an professional in that line of work.
